We understand that as customers, you want to receive your bunny goodies as quickly as possible. And we are as excited to get your items out to you as you are to receiving them! Thats why we post your items out within 1-2 days of receiving your order. 

 

We use Australia Post, so delivery times differ depending on where you are located within Australia, typically this is 2-6 business days. We also welcome pick up of orders, so if you are close to us, you can certainly organise a pick up time. We are located in Tullamarine, Victoria. 

 

If you are unhappy with you order because there is a fault, we will refund you or replace your item. Please understand that our products are handmade, that means that sometimes there is a slight difference in size or appearance in items.
